MY ELECTRICIAN LLC

It all began around spring of 1994. My mother-n-law asked me if I could build her a center island in her kitchen complete with a sink, hot and cold running water, and a couple of electrical outlets. I scratched my head in thought and she said to me "I know you can I see a builder in you and I have faith in you," so thus began my journey into the building, electrical and plumbing trades, (yes I do it all with attention to detail). With the thought of, "oh I've got this" I then proceeded to install a ceiling fan in both of my kids bedrooms -  from installing fan boxes, running the wire, to installing the switch. Now with a few projects under my belt, I began doing all types of projects for family and friends. Now came the true test - my wife's parents. My in-laws bought a home in Vienna, Va that had an acre of land and two houses on it. My mother-n-law's thought was to renovate and occupy the front house and at the same time renovate the house in the back, to house her day care business, well the renovate wasn't moving fast enough so she hired a contractor (B.H.A. Buddy's Homes and Additions, great co.) to finish the job. In 2001 after being pretty well acquainted with the owner Buddy, I had asked him if he could lend me a hand on a basement bath install, he agreed and thus him and I became great friends. Buddy had previously sold his business and retired, but I brought him out of retirement and I have been his right hand man in all phases of the building trade especially electrical ever since. All that you need to know on B.H.A. and Buddy and working for a man that has taught me so much and has been recognized for his achievements. You don't get to work with a company, that has made it's mark unless you can help to make more positive marks. Now I'm out to make my own mark.
